iNetloyalty, LLC (iNetLoyalty) develops and provides standalone and hosted loyalty programs, marketing services, production services, print services, merchandising services, and software solutions. At iNetLoyaly, we respect and are committed to maintaining the privacy of our clients, their customers, employees, business partners, website visitors and other individuals who choose to provide us with personally identifiable information, (PII), through the use of our product solutions, websites, and services.
iNetLoyalty maintains customer proprietary information as strictly confidential and does not disclose this Information or use it for purposes other than for which it was it was originally intended unless permission is received in writing from the customer or an agent of the client.
iNetLoyalty assumes certain responsibilities for protecting the strict privacy of consumer Information including personal information being maintained in a client's file, (iNetLoyalty databases). The iNetLoyalty client is the aggregator, collector, owner and user of the Information and, as such, has the primary responsibility for maintaining the privacy of the Information.
As a convenience to our visitors, this website may contain links to a number of sites that we believe may offer useful information. The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to external sites that are not owned, managed, or administered by iNetLoyalty. We recommend contacting those sites directly for information on their privacy policy, security, data collection and other applicable policies.
Information Collection. Personal Information may be collected from several sources, and is generally provided by the individuals, (consumers / end users), themselves. Such Information often includes name, physical address, mailing address, email address, phone number, company name, title, and payment information. The Information may be collected through websites, direct mail forms, loyalty subscriptions, email newsletters, and other communications. iNetLoyalty may also collect Information from third parties, including rental or purchase of prospective customer lists from organizations with strict opt-in policies. Regardless we consider all information high confidential and to do release, or disclose unless we have a legal permissible reason, or requirement. We insist in true consumer protection, and anonymity as permitted by prevailing laws. We may also collect demographic information, purchase, order and payment history, email and website usage, promotional history, and response history as permitted by law.
Cookies. iNetloyalty may employ a technology termed cookies. A cookie is a small data file recorded by the Internet browser that is used to uniquely identify a customer's web session. The information collected by the cookie is used to measure traffic on the website. Cookies assist iNetLoyalty, and it's partners in determining site usage and improving the customer experience. Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies. If customers do not wish to receive cookies, they can set their browsers to refuse cookies or to be alerted when cookies are being used; however, this may affect site functionality. In addition, iNetLoyalty, and it's partners may use a service that collects data remotely by using "pixel tags," "web beacons," "clear GIFs" or similar means embedded in the website's content. A pixel tag is an electronic image, often a single pixel (1x1), that is ordinarily not visible to website visitors and may be associated with cookies on the visitors' hard drives.
Children. iNetLoyalty understands the importance of protecting the privacy of children, and does not provide websites intentionally designed for or directed at children less than 13 years of age. We do not solicit or knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected the personal Information of a child under 13 in error, we will take steps to delete the Information as soon as possible.
Disclosure. If iNetLoyalty collects Information directly from individuals, they will be informed about the type of information collected, the purposes and use for which it was collected, and the non-agent third parties to which iNetLoyalty may disclose this Information, and under what circumstances such disclosure may take place. iNetLoyalty will inform the individuals of their choices involving the Information and means of recourse, if any, for limiting the use and disclosure of this Information. If iNetLoyalty receives personal Information from a subsidiary, affiliate or other source, the Information will be used and disclosed in accordance with the notices provided by these sources and the choices made by the individuals to whom the Information belongs. iNetLoyalty reserves the right to use or disclose personal Information to protect the safety, security or integrity of the website or online service; to take precautions against liability; to respond to judicial process and, to the extent permitted by law, to provide information to law enforcement agencies or for an investigation on a matter related to public safety; and to comply with applicable laws, government requests and court orders. If a security breach is discovered, iNetloyalty may disclose personal information about customers to those companies (such as credit card companies or credit bureaus) or government agencies that iNetLoyalty believes can take action to prevent, minimize, or remedy any harm from the breach, as permitted and required by current laws.
Transfers to Third Parties. Consistent with iNetLoyalty efforts to ensure privacy and data integrity, assurances are maintained from all third-party agents that personal Information will be safeguarded consistent with the policies of Safe Harbor and as outlined in this document. Appropriate assurances provided by agents might include a contract whereby the agent must provide, at a minimum, either the same level of protection required by relevant Safe Harbor Principles, proof that the agent has obtained Safe Harbor certification, or proof that the agent is subject to a European Commission adequacy alternative. If iNetLoyalty determines that an agent is non-compliant with Safe Harbor Principles, reasonable steps will be taken to prevent or stop the non-compliant use or disclosure.
iNetLoyalty reserves the right to share Information to respond to duly authorized information requests of governmental authorities or where required by law. iNetLoyalty may also provide Information to a third party in connection with the sale, assignment, or other transfer of the business of this website to which the Information relates, in which case we will require any such buyer to agree to treat the Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. iNetLoyalty may also disclose and/or transfer Information to a third party in connection with any transfers made as part of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings involving iNetLoyalty or its affiliated companies or as part of a corporate reorganization, stock or asset sale, or other change in corporate control, as required by law.
Data Integrity. iNetLoyalty only uses Information in a way that is compatible with and relevant for the purpose for which it was collected or authorized by the individual, or company that release the information. In order to ensure proper use and handling, we take all reasonable steps to ensure that Information is accurate, complete, current, released and reliable. Data Security. iNetLoyalty maintains the highest standards to ensure that Information is protected at all times. iNetLoyalty ensures the security of payment and financial information during transmission by using VPN's, SSL, PGP encryption, and SFTP data transmission. All payment data is maintained for the shortest possible amount of time to address the use for which the Information was provided, and is fully encrypted using PGP and other encryption methods.
Compliance. iNetLoyalty conducts periodic compliance audits of its relevant privacy policies and practices to ensure adherence to Safe Harbor Principles. We encourage interested persons to raise any concerns using the contact information provided, and we will investigate and attempt to resolve any complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of Information in accordance with the Principles.
Amendments. This privacy policy is effective beginning 1/1/2012. From time to time this policy may be amended to remain consistent with the requirements of the Safe Harbor Principles and to maintain the highest level of security for our clients and their clients. Safe Harbor. In accordance with our commitment to protect personal privacy, iNetLoyalty adheres to the principles of the Safe Harbor Framework as developed by the U.S. Department of Commerce in consultation with the European Commission.
